I'm a visionary which means I can see potential and help you to realise yours too. That natural ability affects my therapy, life coaching and feng shui sessions because I see what's there waiting for you to claim. There is a place inside everyone where they are ok, and that's the place I aim to connect with, with the intention of you finding it too. Many clients have commented that they feel accepted as they are, in my company, and this atmosphere of non-judgement helps them explore aspects of themselves they didn't know existed.
With my feng shui practitioner hat on, being a visionary in your home means I see beyond the clutter! I can help you enjoy your house again by bringing out it's beauty and rearranging it to make the space flow and therefore help release your struggle with life too.
I have been actively involved in complimentary medicine for over 20 years, and in my late teens set up and ran a therapy centre in my hometown in Scotland.

I have facilitated the healing of many people, some of whom have been severely traumatised.
SHEN is a powerful non-talking hands on method of releasing painful trapped emotions that are preventing you from being able to function effectively in the present. I am constantly amazed by the power of the human spirit to overcome challenges and am humbled by peoples willingness to trust me to act as a catalyst for them to change. I have assisted lots of shen training courses and am excited to help bring SHEN to NZ where training courses are now being established. Clients have said to me "this is just what NZ needs".

Twenty years ago I discovered and went on to develop collage as a DIY therapy. I teach this simple method in classes to help you learn how to move through difficulties. Collages come direct from the part of you that knows and understands what is happening in your life, and so give clarity and insight to situations through knowing your personal language of symbolism.
It was a revelation for me when it became apparent that energy was not only flowing through bodies but also buildings! and that the flow of energy in a home had a direct correlation with the occupants life. Once I realised that your home is a microcosm for the way your life is and applied my ability to read symbols to homes, a door had opened into a whole new context to bring about change. The improvement in my own life showed up so quickly that I knew this couldn't just be coincidence. I went on to study feng shui and now I combine my love of interiors with my life coaching skills and help people create an environment that supports their intention which causes them to see possibiiities instead of road blocks which in turn opens the door to more positive experiences.
An experience of the incredible perspective of oneness lead me to Fiji to become a oneness blessing facilitator. This beautiful nurturing energy is given by gently placing hands on your head and put simply feeds the soul and opens the heart by helping you to feel loved, accepted and at peace.
2010 I went to India for a month to become a oneness trainer, so I can now train and initiate you to become a oneness blessing giver too. I run monthly oneness awakening courses where you learn all about oneness and sometimes experience it too and will become a blessing giver. This oneness movement is actively bringing about a global shift in consciousness to end suffering through opening hearts and calming down minds, as a blessing giver you are given the opportunity to join in regular meditation global web-casts from India.
2009-2010 I trained as a holistic life coach with Life Coach Associates in Christchurch, this was another intensive and thorough training. My main reason for becoming a life coach was to help people to merge the gifts of the past, present and future more seamlessly. I recognise the value in different stages of life and healing and a balanced approach to creating a better life, where people are neither trying hard to ignore their past, nor wallowing in the pain of it, but embracing lessons gained along the way and using them, along with law of attraction, to create an incredible life. I look forward to meeting you and helping you realise your potential.
